A Glimpse Inside

The Ida Grey is an original King Stubbs home, built in 1941 for Mr. and Mrs. Jack Ritchie. The Graham family purchased the estate in 1983 where it was home to Hollis and Ida Grey Graham.

Set on 12 acres, the historic 4,800-square-foot home boasts original hardwood floors, hand-painted silk wallpaper, and restored antique furnishings. With rich blue custom millwork, marble countertops, and unlacquered brass fixtures, The Ida Grey beautifully blends Southern tradition with refined elegance.

HONORING
LEGACY

Ida Grey, the beloved matriarch of the Graham family, was a woman of grace, creativity, and warmth.

Born and raised on a self-sustaining farm in Evergreen, Louisiana, Ida Grey carried the spirit of Southern hospitality wherever she went. Known for her stylish presence and youthful heart, she filled her home with fresh flowers, loved studying birds in the backyard, and created family meals in the kitchen.

An artist at heart, her beautiful works still grace the walls of The Ida Grey, continuing her legacy of beauty and creativity within the home she cherished.

“Natural light flows through every space, with stunning details and hidden corners that make each shot unique.”
